I have no clue how this works, but it does. I have an old wheaten terrier who has allergy problems and it’s always itchy scratchy. He has been laying on this mat for the last three hours, which is unheard of. He is so blissfully relaxed. I’m ordering more to put in other rooms of the house. (By the way, he is 50 pounds and this is a XL mat.)

I bought a medium, thinking it would fit a “large” dog, but it definitely doesn’t! But it definitely feels cool and I think he’ll like it once we have one that’s appropriate for his size. We’ll be re-ordering in the bigger size 🙂

My aging dog gets warm when she sleeps which makes her restless. I purchased this mat for this purpose of keeping her cool in her dog bed and it works great. I have washed it numerous times and still continues to stay cool and helps her sleep better throughout the night

I have 3 large dogs, a Siberian Husky, a Lab mix, and a Shepsky, pictured above. The Shepsky is a puppy, about 30 pounds. I ordered the “Medium” size to see how he would like it, he loves it, but he’s only 15 weeks old, so by the time he’s done growing, this will be useless to him. I ordered another cooling mat again, it’s an XL, for the price of the “large” one from this company. And my husky loves it, same material, just larger and much more worth it for the money if you need a larger one.

We just got this and I put it on the bed. My dog immediately jumped up and will not leave it. She’s an 88 pound American Bulldog and absolutely loves it. Our AC unit is broken and we are currently only using a window unit to keep the house cool. She refuses to leave this spot. It feels cool to the touch. Will update once we wash it.

I got this for my 80lb lab mix. She was getting up multiple times a night to lay on our hardwood floors because it was cooler then her platform bed. But she’s older and would just end up getting up again to get back into bed because of her joints. Since putting it on her platform bed she is definitely getting up less at night. I have walked past it multiple times and put my hand on it only to marvel at the “coolness” of the fabric.

It’s exactly as described. It’s cool to the touch, very light, and surprisingly durable. I use this when we go out with my Hungarian Puli (they have thick, LONG coat), because it is very easy to pack, and offers her some cool whenever the sun beats her. I don’t have pictures because we don’t use it at home- she’s too hyper to relax long enough. But I 100% recommend for anybody who owns a cold weather dog.

My puppies were not as excited about mat as I was. I put it in the refrigerator because it was hot in the packaging after sitting in the sun so I wanted to cool it down quickly. When I put on the floor my puppies came over and sniffed it and walked away and laid them on her a few times but they got up and walked away again. So I decided to put it in popular places where they usually rest. After a day, I was surprised to see one of the fur babies resting on it. The other soon follow suit. And surprisingly, it really is cool to the touch. My only issue is the size large looks more like a medium. The two dogs in the picture must be on an x-large size mat.

I loved this because our Chloe actually goes to it to keep cool. She does not like the heat and it’s been very humid and hot. After she lays on it for a while it does heat up so she gets off of it then it cools itself off again. It’s amazing I’m not sure how it works. I wish that it was a little bit heavier it’s very thin but it kind of works great because I could put it in her bed issue in the pictures or on the couch where she likes to lay it’s easy to transport to different areas.

I bought this for my Akita. She loves it. It really is cool to the touch. Even in the winter when I’m cold she gets hot in the house with the heat on. The only thing I don’t like is it slides on the wood floor so I keep it on an area rug so she don’t slide. It still stays cool. I have also washed it twice and still good. We bought this mat for a beach vacation. It was the first time bringing the pup on vacation and weren’t sure how she’d like the beach. We had a beach tent for her, but wanted something to help keep her cool in her tent. I don’t understand how it stays cool, but it does. It got sand on it and ocean water even and we were just able to shake it out once it dried. I think the pup enjoyed her her cool mat. She definitely enjoyed the beach!

I just got this cooling pad in the mail today, so as far as durability and easiness to clean, we will see, but I’m assuming that it will be great, just judging by the good quality of the pad. Honestly, I wasn’t super convinced that this pad would do that great of a job, but I figured why not, and I ordered it because I need something for my elderly pug that has breathing issues. As soon as I ripped it out of the packaging and laid it on my couch, I had both pugs already flopped onto it. I felt it and it was so cool and comfortable! You don’t have to freeze it or add water to it or anything, and it’s so smooth and soft! My pugs haven’t gotten off of it unless it was time to go outside or eat, and then they are right back on it, snoozing comfortably! I’m actually thinking about buying another one to put in my bed! Haha. Seriously.

Ordered the size XL and it’s plenty big for my 85-lb lab! Just ordered a second one since two of my dogs get hot easily. Bowser (mini aussie) usually pants nonstop while in bed and he’s been lying on it for several hours without panting at all! He raised his head for the pic but he’s had his head pressed firmly against it because he loves the cool feeling! I can tell the difference just by touch! Already told all my friends they need to order one of these! Someone in my group on FB had recommended it to me since my pup moves around a lot at night and it’s likely due to her trying to cool off…and here she is loving it with Bowser!!(Bowser is 30 lbs and Lulu is 40 lbs.)

Bought this for my German shepherd, he hasn’t had an interest in destroying it which is good.. the mat feel cooler when touched and dog loved to use it but in the morning I always find this wadded like a pillow on his bed. Overall though it looks as it does in the advertisement.

I laid this out for my dog and she got on it almost immediately. The mat is cooler than room temperature to the touch. It’s a lot thinner than I expected, but my dog is ok lying on the bare floor so it’s fine for her. I’ll put this on her bed later. It’s a nice bed topper for the warm months!

I’ve got a couple of these mats now, my pets love laying on them when it’s warm in the house. My husky spends the most time on the one I put on her bed. She used to lay on the floor when it’s hot, but with the mat on her bed she’s back to hanging out on her bed. My long haired cat likes to chill on the one I have on the area rug in a sunny spot. These are super easy to clean when they get dirty.

My fur baby is a 15 year old Shih Tzu who doesn’t do well in heat and we are currently experiencing extreme heat where we live. He has suffered so when we are out and someone suggested I buy him a cooling blanket. I read reviews and decided on this product. It is wonderful! He loves it! While I have no idea how or why it works, it just does and now we can walk until he overheats and I just put him in his stroller, he stretches out and in a short while, he is no longer panting. Fur baby approved . I opened it and she plopped down on it right away. Walked away and 5 min late there was a puddle of liquid absorbed into it, not sure if it’s the water bottle she was playing with or pee (she’s a 3 month old puppy so quite possible) didn’t want to chance it so just threw it in the washing machine and dryer, came out fine. She likes to nap on the couch but it’s leather so it gets warm after a while, put this on top and she’s been napping for the last hour and half. (See pic .. and yes I know she needs a haircut .. just waiting for her to finish all her shots) It is thin, I thought I’d be like a thin bed for crate but it’s more like a thin blanket.

I use this in the car when it’s on the warm side. I have two dogs and one prefers to lay on this more than the other. It feels cool to the touch but I really can’t tell what the dogs think of it. Is it a cool blanket to lay on or is Is just something else to gather dog hair? We’ll never know.

It arrived quickly. It definitely feels cool to the touch. It’s thin and light. My boy seems to like it but as you can see he’s not laying on it per se. Mostly he’s pouncing on it and rolling it in a ball. I had him lay in it so you could see the size. He’s 108 lbs and it’s not as big as i thought it would be. It’s supposed to be an XL but I’m not sure. I didn’t measure it but if he stretched out only his body would be on it, legs and head would hang off. I’m going to try a floor grip mat underneath. Overall I would recommend it for its purpose… to cool them off. My dog is just a goof! 😅

I was not sure about this mat because it didn’t have the gel or other interior substance like other cooling mats I had purchased before. However, my dog absolutely loves this mat and I love that I can throw it in the washer. Seriously he has been on it every day since I got it and I have been amazed at how cool it is. I would definitely buy another one.

I previously purchased the non-fabric cooling mats, and I will never go back to those!When I stored them for the winter they were permanently changed – the inside material shifted, some spots are lumpy and thick while others have nothing, completely flat. I only used them for one summer and now they are unusable in my opinion.I am so happy I found this product, and wish I had found it first.It’s soft, always cool too the touch and more resilient. I am happy to fold and store this item without it being ruined. I love that it is washing machine safe (I always air dry it). It is thin so it’s great for putting on a dog bed or on the couch, but my dogs still lay on it if it’s on the tile floor.I would highly recommend this product for your hot dogs!

He likes it! It is really cool, he gets hot at night especially in the summer but this blanket seems to be helping. His under belly isn’t as warm as it usually is when he lays on his regular blankets. Really great value. I got the large, its a perfect size, he weighs about 20lbs.
