love this watch, I always had problems with my girls (7and 5) because
they really do not know what time they should wake up, but since I buy
this beautiful clock problem solved, if they wake up too early they look
at the clock.

waking up tired. We purchased this clock to help give him cues on when
it’s ok for him to get out of bed. Short story: it worked wonders! He
knows he can’t get out of bed until the clock rings. We’ve then
set the gentle alarm to go off when he has to get up.
This has made the morning routine much easier and it’s clear that he’s
getting more and better sleep.
