WORKS!!!!!! And also very well. As metal to start is fine, it is not a toy, it has good discrimination, good search depth and it is quite stable with maximum sensitivity. I compared him to a professional MD and in real field research he is a sniper. It should be known because you have to learn to recognize sounds with target ID but with a couple of outputs you learn. Certainly on black sands or highly mineralized soils it suffers a little and becomes chatty and you are forced to lower your sensitivity but for me works great.
